Get to know Jane
Jane Ciminera (she/her) is the team’s operational heart, leading on the project management at Pacific Campaign House. She is the air-traffic controller, ensuring every project takes off with ease, each moving part mid-air is accounted for, and all landings are smooth!
Jane’s formal background is in communications design, having worked with various mission-driven organizations within the political, advocacy, and nonprofit space. She’s worked with organizations to conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns around issue areas like LGBTQ+ discrimination, poverty and financial inequality, and access to healthcare.
Operating under a split-brain approach, Jane brings equal parts strategic and analytical thinking as she does creative problem-solving to the PCH team. With a firm belief in the power of effective communication to drive change, build people power, and create lasting impact — Jane is passionate about working with progressive causes that better the lives of underserved communities.
After exiting her spreadsheets and crossing the last item from he to do list, Jane is most likely be spending time with her beloved cat, Mr. Fang, while diving into her latest read as a new dish is cooking in the oven!
